A local educational institution in West Midlands seeks an Administration Apprentice to support teaching staff and assist pupils in achieving their academic goals. The role involves working closely with children, especially those with special educational needs, implementing instructional strategies, and maintaining a positive environment. Ideal candidates should possess GCSEs in English and Maths and demonstrate strong communication and organizational skills. Possible full-time employment upon completion of the apprenticeship.
As a teaching assistant apprentice, you will support teaching staff in the classroom and be involved in the development, implementation and evaluation of pupils’ individual progress. You may also support individual children in class, and work with small groups of children within or outside the classroom.
