Part-Time Teaching Assistant - Alternative Provision
Location: Gateshead
Hours: Monday to Wednesday, 9:30 AM – 2:00 PM

This provision supports 11–16-year-olds who need something different from mainstream school. It’s a calm, engaging space where learners can rebuild confidence, express themselves, and thrive both academically and emotionally.

Responsibilities
  • Deliver high-quality, part-time education in small group settings
  • Support learners through bespoke timetables tailored to individual needs
  • Focus on creative expression, emotional growth, and confidence building
  • Work collaboratively with a nurturing team in a safe and inclusive space
Qualifications and Ideal Candidates
