Abbey Park Primary School in Willenhall is seeking an enthusiastic Level 3 Teaching Assistant to lead our Inclusion Room and provide targeted support for children with additional needs. You will work with the Inclusion Lead and SENDCo to plan interventions and ensure a coordinated approach to classroom learning.
The role focuses on delivering tailored interventions, supporting academic progress, SEMH development and building confidence through practical activities.

Abbey Park Primary School is looking for an outstanding Level 3 Teaching Assistant to lead our Inclusion Room. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who wants to take responsibility for developing a welcoming, purposeful space where children can receive targeted support and develop the skills, confidence and resilience they need to thrive. Our Inclusion Room will provide a flexible environment for children who need additional support at different points during the school day. You will work closely with class teachers, our Inclusion Lead and SENDCo to ensure that support is carefully planned around individual children's needs and targets.
