A welcoming and forward-thinking secondary school in WN6 is looking to appoint a dedicated Teaching Assistant to join their team. This is a full-time, term-time position – ideal for someone looking to gain school-based experience or develop their career in education.
The Role:
Support students across a range of subjects, primarily at KS3 and KS4
Work alongside teachers to help deliver engaging lessons and targeted interventions
Provide 1:1 or small group support for students with additional needs
Contribute to a positive and inclusive classroom environment
The Ideal Candidate:
Has experience working with young people in an educational or youth setting
Is patient, adaptable, and confident in building rapport with students
Is a strong communicator with a genuine interest in helping learners succeed
