Job summary

Premier Education is seeking passionate Teaching Assistants to join our growing network in Warrington and surrounding areas. We offer day-to-day supply, short-term placements and long-term roles with flexible hours to fit your lifestyle.

We welcome applicants with EYFS, KS1/KS2 and SEND experience, including autism, ADHD or SEMH needs, and those holding a TA qualification (desirable). You'll support pupils, build positive relationships, and gain experience across local schools.

Qualifications

• Have previous experience working as a Teaching Assistant or supporting children in an educational setting.
• Have experience in EYFS, KS1, KS2 or SEND.
• Are patient, nurturing, adaptable and enthusiastic about helping children succeed.
• Can build positive relationships with pupils and school staff.
• Hold a relevant Teaching Assistant qualification (desirable but not essential, depending on experience).
• Are looking for anything from occasional supply days to full-time, long-term work.

Responsibilities

• Support children in EYFS/KS1/KS2 in day-to-day classroom activities.
• Assist pupils with SEND needs, including those with autism, ADHD or SEMH requirements.
• Support teaching staff with lesson delivery and classroom management.
• Build positive relationships with pupils and school staff across different year groups.

We're particularly keen to hear from individuals with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND) or Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) experience, but we have opportunities for Teaching Assistants with a wide range of backgrounds and skills.
