A community primary school in Twickenham seeks a dedicated teaching assistant to support children with learning difficulties. The role is full-time and permanent, requiring recent experience with children and strong communication skills. We are looking to appoint a full time, permanent teaching assistant.
Our vision at Chase Bridge is for all children to excel at learning, express their talents and care for others. We are a thriving, multi-award winning, three form entry Community Primary and Nursery School in the London Borough of Richmond upon Thames situated next to Twickenham Stadium.
We place huge importance on the emotional wellbeing of our staff, children and our wider community. Having achieved our Attachment Aware Schools Award, we take great pride in our appointed role as MHST Cluster Lead where we work in partnership with primary, secondary and special schools from across Richmond impacting over 7000 children and staff.
This role will require you to work closely with the class teachers, SENCo and parents to deliver individualised support to children with learning difficulties within a mainstream class setting.
Closing / short‑listing date: noon on 1st July. Interviews are expected to be held on Friday, 4th July with a view to the successful candidate starting in September.
