SEN Teaching Assistant

Pay: 460 - 500 per week

As an SEN Teaching Assistant, you will work alongside experienced teachers and inclusion staff to provide targeted support for students with a range of needs, including autism, ADHD, speech and language difficulties, and social, emotional and mental health challenges. Your role will involve creating a positive and inclusive classroom environment where every child feels valued and encouraged to reach their full potential.

You’ll play a key part in planning and delivering engaging learning activities, adapting resources, and supporting pupils on a one-to-one basis or in small groups. Excellent communication, empathy, and patience are essential, as well as a genuine desire to make a lasting impact in children’s lives.
