Teaching Assistant – Slough –ASAP Start(Temporary to Long Term)

We are currently seeking experienced and compassionate Teaching Assistant to join schools in Slough as soon as possible. We work with over 100 schools across Berkshire, including Slough, Windsor, and Maidenhead. This is a temp to perm opportunity, offering long-term prospects for the right candidate.

The successful Teaching Assistant will work closely with students across various key stages, providing tailored support to those with additional learning needs, including ASC, Special Educational Needs (SEN) and Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) challenges. You will play a key role in ensuring every child is given the opportunity to succeed academically and emotionally. The ideal Teaching Assistant will be patient, energetic, and committed to helping every child succeed.

This Teaching Assistant role is ideal for someone with previous experience in education, youth work, care, or support roles. You must be confident, compassionate, and able to build strong, professional relationships with students and staff alike.
