Responsibilities
- Support teaching and learning across a range of subjects and year groups.
- Work with individuals and small groups to provide targeted academic and pastoral support.
- Assist teachers with lesson preparation, assessment and delivery.
- Promote positive behaviour and help maintain an effective learning environment.
- Support students with SEND and additional needs, adapting tasks as appropriate.
- Build supportive relationships with students to promote independence, resilience and confidence.
- Assist with supervision duties, including break and lunchtime responsibilities.
- Contribute to wider school life, upholding the ethos and values of Maiden Erlegh Chiltern Edge.

Qualifications
