Ormiston Bushfield Academy in Peterborough invites a Teaching Assistant to join our hard-working, supportive team on a fixed-term basis until 31 August 2027. The role suits someone who is supportive, can challenge students to reach their potential, with a positive 'can do' attitude and good communication skills.
The pattern is Monday to Thursday 8:00am–4:00pm and Friday 8:00am–3:30pm. The academy offers a strong ethos of teamwork, development through recognised training, and access to benefits.

The ideal candidate will demonstrate a positive ‘can do’ attitude and possess good communication and interpersonal skills.

The Academy
Ormiston Bushfield Academy is a good school, conveniently located close to the Cambridgeshire, Northamptonshire & Lincolnshire borders, and benefits from excellent road and rail links.
The Academy is continuing to expand and due to its popularity and increasing student numbers, a new £6 million wing was opened in September 2018.
