Teaching Personnel Ltd. is actively seeking experienced Teaching Assistants to join our education supply pool in Sleaford and the wider Lincolnshire area.

You will support primary and secondary schools across local sites, with flexible day-to-day, short-term, and long-term placements. Gain varied classroom experience, with ongoing support from a dedicated education consultant, and opportunities to work across Sleaford and surrounding areas.

Qualifications

• Experience working with children or young people is desirable.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills are essential.
• Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply) is preferred.

Pay: £90–£110 per day (dependent on experience and role)

Who We’re Looking For:

• Experience working with children or young people (school experience desirable)
• A positive, patient, and flexible approach
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Relevant TA qualification advantageous but not essential
• Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply)
