An educational institution in Newcastle upon Tyne is seeking a candidate to support students who require additional mentoring to achieve GCSE. The role involves working with small groups and individuals and promoting students' learning and welfare, including those with special needs. The successful candidate will receive comprehensive professional development and the opportunity to apply for future leadership roles.
The successful candidate will work as part of the academy/department to support interventions with students who require additional mentoring to achieve GCSE. They will work with other small groups and individual students across Key Stage 3 and 4 as required. They will promote the learning and welfare of students by providing practical and learning support to students, including those with special needs under the direction of a class teacher/SENCO.
