This permanent teaching assistant post is at Kidgate Academy, one of the academies run by Lincolnshire Gateway Academies Trust, and runs term time plus inset days, 195 days a year. The work centres on helping pupils, including those with SEN, to access the curriculum, working one-to-one or with groups and individuals in class under the teacher's direction.
