Job description

I C Talent is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Teaching Assistant to join our growing team. We are passionate about helping every student reach their full potential, and we're looking for someone who shares our commitment to excellence in education.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support teachers in planning and delivering engaging lessons.
  • Assist students individually or in small groups to reinforce learning.
  • Prepare classroom materials and resources.
  • Help maintain a positive and inclusive learning environment.
  • Supervise students during classroom activities, breaks, and outings.
  • Provide feedback on student progress to teachers and parents when required.
  • Supporting with challenging behaviour.
  • supporting with 1-1 and intervention work.
Requirements
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A patient, caring, and supportive attitude toward students.
  • Previous experience working with children or in an educational setting is an advantage.
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
  • A passion for education and helping young learners succeed.
  • Expereicne working with SEN/SEMH students.
  • Good Knowledge of behaviour strategies.
  • Used de‑escalation strategies.
