About the Role

The successful candidate will provide classroom support under the direction of teachers, helping to create an inclusive and effective learning environment. Assist pupils individually or in small groups, including offering support for pupils with Special Educational Needs (SEN), when required. Help prepare and organise resources, assist in delivering lessons, monitor progress and support behaviour management strategies. Promote positive relationships with pupils, encouraging high aspirations and resilience. Contribute to the wider life of the school, including break/lunch duties and supporting extra‑curricular activities as appropriate.
