As a Teaching Assistant, you will play a vital role in creating an inclusive and positive learning experience for students. Learning Support Assistant – Teaching Assistant – TA – Education and Training

Position: Teaching Assistant Location: Leigh-on-Sea Salary Scale: £85-£115 Contract Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

• As a Teaching Assistant you will assist teachers in planning and delivering engaging lessons.
• Provide support to individual students or small groups based on their learning needs.
• As a Teaching Assistant you will foster positive relationships with students, promoting their well-being and engagement.
• Support the implementation of behaviour management strategies.
• As a Teaching Assistant you will collaborate with teachers and other school staff to enhance the overall learning environment.
