Key Responsibilities:
Provide one-to-one and small group support to pupils across EYFS, KS1, or KS2.

Assist the class teacher in delivering engaging and creative lessons.

Help to manage classroom behaviour and create a positive learning environment.

Support children with additional needs, adapting your approach as required.

Foster a safe, supportive, and stimulating atmosphere for every child.

What We're Looking For:
Experience working with children in a school or educational setting (essential).

A relevant Teaching Assistant qualification (Level 2 or above preferred).

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

A positive, flexible, and proactive attitude.

A genuine passion for education and helping children achieve their full potential.

Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
