Education Supply Pool are a PAYE Employer recruiting Teaching Assistants to support day to day, short-term and long-term positions on the behalf of schools based in Ystrad Mynach and its surrounding areas.

We are looking for someone FULL TIME who is a Teaching Assistant with a minimum of NVQ Level 2, CACHE Level 2, BTEC, BA (Hons) Education or experience working within an education setting. Someone with specific background in Education, who has obtained a minimum of 3 months experience working inside a classroom either a Primary or Secondary school environment.

Owning a valid UK Driver’s License and having access to a vehicle would widen job opportunities.

Teaching Assistants are a crucial part of the education workforce in Wales. The role of a Teaching Assistant is vital to supporting and motivating children in Wales.
