Overview

Role

We are looking to appoint an experienced Teaching Assistant to support children at St Chad’s. The successful candidate will have experience of working with and supporting children with a variety of needs and will be experienced in supporting areas of need including attachment, social communication, engaging in activities, concentration and attention, emotional regulation, heightened sensory responses, speech, language and communication, self-care and independence skills, social skills and personal safety. The successful candidate will be required to work with groups or on a 1:1 basis within the class environment promoting inclusion.

Hours

Hours: 30 hours per week, term time only (9am–3.30pm with a 30 minute lunchbreak) 5 days per week Monday – Friday. Applicants who would like to work less hours are welcome, please state this clearly in your application.
