Job summary

Emersons Green Primary School is seeking a dedicated Teaching Assistant to join our team. You will support whole classes and individuals, contribute to a positive learning environment and help pupils achieve their best.

The role is fixed term until August 2027, 25 hours per week, term-time only (09:00–15:00). NVQ2/Level 2 or equivalent and experience with pupils with Special Needs are preferred.

Qualifications

• NVQ2/Level 2 qualification or equivalent.
• Experience and/or qualifications in working with pupils with Special Needs.
• Competent in the use of IT.

Responsibilities

• Support whole classes and individual pupils during lessons.
• Help maintain a positive and inclusive learning environment.
• Assist with preparation and delivery of learning activities and resources.
