We are excited to be expanding our team and looking for Teaching Assistants to join the supportive, specialist environment at Longdon Park School in Egginton. As part of a dedicated team, you’ll help pupils unlock their full potential through personalised support, creative learning experiences, and a focus on wellbeing.

As a Teaching Assistant, you’ll play a crucial role in supporting pupils both in and outside the classroom. All our pupils have a diagnosis of Autism and may have additional needs such as anxiety or sensory processing challenges.
You’ll be hands-on, flexible, and supported by experienced staff, therapists, and specialist teachers who share a deep commitment to positive outcomes.
We’re seeking passionate, empathetic individuals who want to contribute to something meaningful. You don’t need to have worked in a school before — if you’re patient, proactive, and eager to learn, we’ll give you the training and support you need to succeed.
Longdon Park School opened in June 2015. We are a co-educational day school catering for pupils aged 7 to 18 with complex educational needs, communication difficulties and challenging behaviour primarily with a diagnosis of ASD. We provide a therapeutic, supportive and inclusive learning environment where our young people learn to accept responsibility for their actions, make positive decisions and display pro-social behaviour. We are committed to raising achievement and enabling pupils to recognise their potential and supporting them through a personalised, engaging curriculum. Our priority is to develop the foundation knowledge and skills required to make a manageable and smooth transition to the next life stage.
Longdon Park School is not readily accessible by public transport.
