Job summary

Randstad Education is looking for a full-time Teaching Assistant in Eastbourne. The role involves supporting students with Autism and ensuring an engaging learning environment. The setting boasts modern classrooms and outdoor learning spaces and provides extensive training and development opportunities to its staff.

This school has been forging the way for over 25 years and is considered the best specialist provision in district! This setting is a specialist primary and secondary school supporting approx 100 students with Autism or associated needs.

This setting boasts bright transitional spaces, inviting and modern classrooms, state of the art recreational areas, outdoor learning spaces. This setting and all staff go above and beyond to ensure that every child feels heard, seen and supported.

This position is needed on a permanent basis and is a full time opportunity. The working week is Monday-Friday 8:30-4:00pm. Full training will be provided and you will have immediate access to free and fully funded qualifications. This school and team is invested in the staff's futures as well as the learners.
