We are seeking to appoint an inspirational and experienced TA who has a passion for early years to teach and support in our welcoming and inclusive school. You will be enthusiastic to engage and enrich the lives of the children in our school, with knowledge, skills and quality experiences. We have an exciting and forward-thinking approach to relational behaviour in school. Our ideal candidate will be positive, enthusiastic and ambitious and instil our school values of 'ready, respectful, engaged'. You need a comprehensive understanding of basic skills including phonics and be able to establish strong relationships with children, colleagues and our families. Ideally you would have extensive experience of working in the Early Years Foundation Stage and a commitment to working as an integral part of the early years and Key Stage 1 teams.
