About the Role

Are you an enthusiastic and adaptable Teaching Assistant looking for flexible work in Dorchester? We’re currently recruiting passionate TAs to join our pool of education professionals supporting local primary and secondary schools on a day-to-day, short-term, or long-term basis.

What You’ll Be Doing
  • Supporting class teachers with learning activities across a range of subjects
  • Providing one-to-one or small group support to pupils
  • Helping to create an engaging and inclusive classroom environment
  • Assisting with behaviour management and positive reinforcement strategies
  • Supporting pupils with additional or special educational needs (SEN)
  • Covering a variety of schools and year groups — no two days are the same!
