What You’ll Be Doing:

• Help teachers bring lessons to life and keep students engaged.

• Assist with keeping the classroom organised, managing behaviour, and preparing lessons.

Criteria for Applicants:

• Hands-on experience as a “Teaching Assistant” in a school setting or a similar role where you’ve supported learning.
• A real passion for helping students grow and succeed.
• Excellent communication skills to work smoothly with both teachers and students.
• Able to adapt and tailor support to suit the various learning styles in the classroom.
• An updated CV (covering the last decade with no unexplained gaps) and an enhanced DBS check registered on the update service (or the willingness to apply for one).
