Qualifications
  • GCSE English and Maths or equivalent
  • Experienced Teaching Assistants within SEN or from mainstream settings eager to move into complex SEND
  • Confident in working with SEMH pupils (highly desirable)
  • Happy to adopt and embrace a therapeutic, nurturing approach
  • Experienced working with ASC (highly desirable)
  • Compassionate, adaptable, resilient and ready to learn
  • Committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of young people
