Job summary

West Row Academy within Unity Schools Partnership is seeking a dedicated Teaching Assistant to support pupils with a range of needs, including communication. You will contribute to a warm, inclusive environment where every child is valued and encouraged to thrive academically and socially.

Working closely with teachers, you will help deliver targeted support, follow safeguarding practices, and participate in a collaborative culture that promotes professional growth and strong community links.

Qualifications
