About the role

Teaching Assistant

Bolton BL2 Area

£2000- £2200 per month – (temporary, potential salary depending on experience and / or qualifications and number of hours worked each week)

The School and Role

Are you passionate about supporting children's learning and development in a dynamic classroom environment? We are looking for dedicated and enthusiastic Full-Time Teaching Assistant to join one of our schools in Bolton.

As the main class Teaching Assistant, you will work alongside the class teacher to help create a positive, inclusive, and engaging learning environment. Your role will involve supporting pupils of all abilities, helping to deliver high-quality learning experiences, and promoting positive behaviour and wellbeing throughout the school day.

Requirements

The requested Teaching Assistant you will require;

• KS1 Year 1 and Year 2 - Experience or confidence working with children.
• A deep understanding of the National Curriculum framework or a willingness to learn this.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with children, parents, and professionals.
• A commitment to inclusive education and the ability to adapt teaching strategies to meet the needs of all learners.
• A positive, patient, and compassionate approach, with a strong commitment to professional development and learning.
