Job summary

Veritas Education is seeking dedicated Secondary Teaching Assistants to work full-time in a range of secondary schools across Blackburn. You will support students academically and personally, helping them reach their full potential in and beyond the classroom.

Ideal candidates will have experience with young people, a patient approach, and strong communication skills, with a DBS Update Service or willingness to obtain one.

Veritas Education is currently recruiting dedicated and enthusiastic Secondary Teaching Assistants to work on a full-time basis in a range of secondary schools across Blackburn.

We are seeking individuals who are passionate about supporting students both academically and personally, helping them to achieve their full potential within the classroom and beyond.

The Role:

• Supporting students across Key Stages 3 and 4
• Working alongside teachers to deliver engaging lessons
• Providing one-to-one and small group interventions
• Assisting students with additional learning and behavioural needs
