Job summary

Academics is seeking a flexible Teaching Assistant to join our supply pool in Westerham, Kent. The role involves supporting learning across a range of primary settings, delivering engaging activities and targeted interventions to help pupil progress.

You'll work with class teachers to ensure continuity of learning, adapt quickly to new schools, and enjoy the flexibility to choose when and where you work with regular or ad-hoc assignments.

Qualifications

• Experienced Teaching Assistant with a track record in primary settings.
• Confident, reliable and adaptable to varying environments.
• Strong behaviour management skills to support pupil progress.
