A supportive educational institution in Bexleyheath is seeking a dedicated teaching assistant to join their team. This full-time, fixed-term role involves supporting students with their learning needs, especially those who find school challenging. Salary: Apprentices will be paid Living Wage Foundations Voluntary Living Wage (VLW) - currently £13.85 per hour (London) and those with a Level 3 qualification will be paid NJC 6 £29,856 FTE annually + well-being cash plan + pension scheme (LGPS) + additional Lift Schools benefits
Hours: Full Time, 38 weeks

We value the skills and dedication of our teaching assistants. To support the best outcomes for our students, we require a Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification (or equivalent). If you don't yet hold this qualification, don't worry! We'll invest in your development by enrolling you in our Teaching Assistant Apprenticeship Programme, helping you gain the behaviours, skills and experience you need to thrive in the role.
The school is located in Bexleyheath, just 30 minutes from central London by train, and offers an excellent environment to both live and work. With a brand-new sixth form centre and investment in teaching spaces, it's an exciting time to join our team.
