  • Emphasise support and empowerment of young people
  • Develop a deeper understanding of Special Education issues and the values of Simply Education, demonstrating these in all aspects of the role
  • Provide high-quality support in all facets of the role
  • Participate in physical interventions and personal care routines as required

  • Willing and able to pursue formal qualifications, attend training, and take responsibility for their own development-all fully funded by Simply Education
  • Passionate and compassionate towards children and young people with additional needs
  • Ambitious and determined to overcome barriers to learning
  • Enthusiastic about outdoor and community learning

  • Educated to at least Level 2 (or equivalent) in Maths and English

Benefits:

  • Be part of a growing team with shared values and vision
  • Opportunities for meaningful career development
