Are you passionate about making a difference in education? We are currently seeking dedicated Teaching and Learning Support Staff to work on an ad‑hoc, temporary basis in primary, secondary, and SEN schools across the Blackpool and Fylde area. All roles are from January 2026.

We have a number of roles to fill, and your experience could be the perfect fit for one of the following positions:

  • Teaching Assistants (L2 or L3 TAs): Provide essential classroom support, either generally or on a one‑to‑one basis.
  • Higher Level Teaching Assistants (L3/L4 HLTAs): Take on more responsibility, including leading small groups, covering lessons and planning / marking lesson content.
  • SEN Teaching Assistants: Offer crucial one‑to‑one or small‑group support to students with special needs.
  • Learning Mentors / Pastoral Support Workers: Focus on the social, emotional, and behavioural well‑being of students.

Ideally, you will be available to work Monday to Friday, 8:30 am to 3:30 pm, during term time. However, we can also accommodate some part‑time roles for two to three days per week, depending on the school's needs. If you are interested in SEN work, previous experience in an SEN or care settings is highly desirable.
