Job summary

BeyondAutism in London’s Wandsworth and Earlsfield seeks experienced and trainee Teaching and Learning Practitioners to support pupils with autism. You’ll join a class team, typically 8 pupils, delivering teaching underpinned by Behaviour Analysis and working individually and in small groups.

We offer extensive CPD and in-house training, with clear career progression paths toward Qualified Teachers, BCBA’s and Therapists; and opportunities for further education.

Qualifications

  • Experience in supporting pupils with autism or learning difficulties.
  • Experience delivering teaching underpinned by ABA/Behaviour Analysis.
  • Educated to at least A-Level standard or with childcare qualifications.

Responsibilities

  • Support teaching in class with average 8 pupils.
  • Work with individuals and small groups to reinforce learning.
  • Collaborate with teaching staff to implement Behaviour Analysis plans.

Join the Teaching and Learning Practitioner team at our two outstanding BeyondAutism schools in Wandsworth, London.

We would like to hire experienced and trainee practitioners with a passion for making a difference to the lives of autistic children. Our Teaching and Learning Practitioners work as a member of a class team supporting on average 8 pupils per class. You will help deliver excellent teaching underpinned by Behaviour Analysis to children and young adults with autism and associated learning difficulties. You will work individually and in small groups.

This is an exciting opportunity to work with our amazing pupils and join one of our two fantastic schools in Wandsworth Common and Earlsfield, Wandsworth, London.
