Teaching and Learning Assistant - The Rise Sixth Form, co-located with West Thames College Isleworth. Full Time - term time only - 8.30 to 4.30pm. Based in Isleworth.

Responsibilities
- Help learners thrive academically, emotionally, and socially by supporting their lessons and coursework.
- Assist with review of learning and preparation for exams, including time management, revision skills, and essay writing.
- Support learners when they are not in lessons located at West Thames College and at the sixth form base.
- Assist with preparing for lessons and with coursework, and support learners in achieving their individual learning programmes.
Qualifications and qualities
- Empathetic and adaptable individuals who thrive under pressure.
- Strong ability to solve challenges and provide personalised support.
- Physical and emotional resilience to work with young people with a primary diagnosis of Autism, some with other complex needs.
- Commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people.
- Willingness to use a positive behavioural approach.
