A leading health consultancy in Scotland seeks Facilitators for a permanent role assisting students with additional needs. Candidates should have a background in Inclusive Education, VIT registration, and at least 5 years of relevant experience. AHA has secured the contract to assist the Victorian Government Department of Education (DE) to deliver the Disability Inclusion Profile to all Victorian government schools.
We’re looking for Facilitators to deliver the profile in the Hume Merri-bek DE area. Living within the Hume Merri-bek DE area, you have a background in Inclusive Education and a minimum of 5 years of experience working with children with additional needs, their families, and their school.
You will be part of a team of experienced student focused professionals (Disability Inclusion Facilitators) who will visit schools to facilitate Disability Inclusion Profile meetings.
We are passionate about ensuring the quality of our work and the wellbeing of our team. In addition to facilitating the profile meetings, you will be supported to participate in extensive training and development activities, including:
Comprehensive training and support in the conduct of Disability Inclusion Profiles will be provided.
Your home will be your base and you will visit schools to facilitate Disability Inclusion Profile meetings.
In addition to providing leave for the school holiday period, we are keen to discuss opportunities for a work structure that suits you and your family, including the option to work full time or 4 days/0.8 FTE.
