A leading educational organization in Newbury is seeking an ASD Primary Teacher to deliver personalized learning experiences for children with special educational needs. This permanent position offers a competitive salary of up to £45,000 per annum, along with a £5,000 Welcome Bonus. The role includes flexible working hours under a 4-Day Working Week (4DWW) trial which benefits staff in maintaining a work-life balance while focusing on student outcomes. 40 hours per week Monday to Friday (8:30am‑4:30pm daily, Wednesdays until 5:00pm)

New Barn School, part of Acorn Education, is a specialist primary school located in Newbury that welcomes children with Social, Emotional and Mental Health complexities between the ages of 6 and 19. The school offers a broad, balanced, and relevant curriculum that includes an outdoor programme such as forest school, farm experiences and horse riding. The school benefits from the “4‑Day Working Week (4DWW)” trial, which allows staff to work one day less each week while maintaining full‑time pay (subject to successful completion of probation).
