Job summary

Camberwell Park Specialist School, part of Prospere Learning Trust, invites two SEN Teachers to join our dedicated team on permanent, full-time contracts. You will teach in an inclusive specialist setting with high expectations and a focus on personalised learning for pupils with additional needs.

The role requires QTS, experience with SEN, collaborative practice and commitment to pupil wellbeing. We offer the Main Pay Scale/Upper Pay Scale plus SEN allowance and a January 2027 start.

Qualifications

We currently have an exciting opportunity for two Teachers (SEN) to join our fantastic team at Camberwell Park Specialist School

This is a permanent, full-time role on the Main Pay Scale/Upper Pay Scale plus SEN allowance, ideally starting January 2027.

The Opportunity

We are seeking two experienced, passionate and committed SEN Teachers to join our specialist team. This role offers an excellent opportunity to make a meaningful difference to the lives of children and young people with additional needs while contributing to the ongoing development of our specialist school community.

You will be an enthusiastic classroom practitioner who shares our belief that every child can succeed and who is committed to delivering high-quality, personalised learning experiences that enable pupils to make strong progress academically, socially and emotionally.

The Successful Candidate Will
  • Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and be qualified to teach in the UK
  • Have successful teaching experience and experience working with children and young people with additional needs ideally from a specialist school environment
  • Be an excellent classroom practitioner with high expectations for all learners
  • Understand the importance of personalised learning and adaptive teaching
  • Be committed to promoting positive behaviour and pupil wellbeing
  • Have strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Be reflective, resilient and committed to ongoing professional development

What You'll Be Doing

As a Teacher at Camberwell Park, you will fulfil the professional responsibilities outlined in the Teachers' Standards and School Teachers' Pay and Conditions Document.
