SEMH, SEN and SEND Teachers - Kettering & Thrapston 🌟

Location: Kettering, Thrapston and Surrounding Areas

Job Type: Full-time | Part-time | Temporary | Permanent

Salary: £140 - £220 per day (depending on experience and role)

Mana Education is working with schools across Kettering and Thrapston to recruit inspiring SEN and SEND Teachers who are committed to helping students reach their full potential.

🌈 The Role

You'll be supporting pupils with a variety of special educational needs and disabilities, including:

  • Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) needs
  • Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD)
  • ADHD
  • Speech, language, and communication difficulties
  • Moderate and severe learning difficulties

Your responsibilities may include:

  • Planning and delivering differentiated lessons tailored to individual learning needs.
  • Creating a supportive and engaging classroom environment.
  • Working collaboratively with SENCOs, support staff, and parents.
  • Tracking progress and contributing to Individual Education Plans (IEPs).
🎓 About You
  • Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or are an ECT with a passion for SEN or with relevant UK experience.
  • Experience teaching pupils with SEN, SEND, or SEMH needs in UK schools.
  • Additional training such as Team Teach, PECS, Makaton, or Autism Awareness is desirable.
  • Patient, empathetic, and committed to inclusive education.
