A prominent educational institution in Leeds is looking for a part-time Photography Teacher to join their Visual Arts team. The role involves planning engaging lessons, assessing student progress, and inspiring creativity among students. Leeds City College is recruiting a Photography Teacher to join our Visual Arts team at Quarry Hill campus. This part‑time role is 29.5 hours per week with an actual pro‑rata salary of £24,339 to £27,386 per annum.
The ideal candidate will have a specialist background in photography with experience in both delivery and assessment, and the ability to run our BTEC courses within the Visual Arts department.
The Visual Arts department leads across West Yorkshire, offering industry‑led courses including BTEC and Access to HE, preparing students for university and the creative industries. Our team of industry and specialist academic teachers delivers an exceptional learning experience with outstanding outcomes.
Closing date: Wednesday 3rd December 2025. Interviews will take place on Friday 5th December 2025. The role may close early if we receive a high number of applications.
