Job summary

Olton Primary School in Solihull is seeking a Year 6 Class Teacher on a full-time, maternity-cover contract to join our dedicated team and inspire high-quality learning across KS2.

The successful candidate will be an outstanding practitioner with high expectations, able to engage pupils, lead assessment and differentiation, and contribute to subject leadership and ongoing professional development. Year 6 Class Teacher (Maternity Cover)

Required from 1st January 2027 – Full Time

Salary: Main Scale 3 to 6 (£32,916 - £45,352)

The Governors and Head Teacher of Olton Primary School are seeking to appoint an enthusiastic, dynamic and committed class teacher to support our team to inspire, motivate and facilitate high quality learning outcomes to our children.
