Job summary

Teaching Personnel are currently supporting a Bury-based secondary school in recruiting a dedicated Teacher of Spanish to join their high-performing languages department. The role starts in September 2026 and is full-time, with a salary in line with the teacher pay scale (M1-UPS3).

The school offers CPD training and a supportive environment. You will teach Spanish across KS3 and KS4, manage a full timetable, plan and deliver engaging lessons, assess progress, and maintain strong behaviour

Qualifications

• Must have QTS and a PGCE specialising in Spanish.
• Experience teaching GCSE level is required.
• ECTs encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Teach Spanish across KS3 and KS4.
• Deliver engaging lessons that cover the language curriculum.
• Assess and report progress of all students.

Teaching Personnel are currently joining a Bury based secondary school in search for a dedicated and enthusiastic Teacher of Spanish to join their high achieving languages department.

As a teacher of MFL, you would be required to teach Spanish across KS3 and KS4. You will take on a full teaching timetable and plan and deliver engaging lessons that incorporate all aspects of the language curriculum. You will assess and report the progress of all students, as well as maintaining a controlled and organised classroom environment through effective behaviour management strategies.

Requirements of this role:

• Must have Qualified teacher status (QTS) and a PGCE specialising in Spanish
• Must have experience teaching at GCSE level
• ECT’s encouraged to apply
