  • Set high expectations for student behaviour and academic achievement.
  • Participate in school duties, including parents' evenings and staff meetings.
  • Act as a tutor, providing pastoral support and guidance to a group of students.
  • Implement school and departmental policies related to teaching and learning.
  • Monitor and manage stock levels of chemicals and laboratory equipment safely.
  • Engage in continuous professional development (CPD) to enhance teaching practice.
