Job summary

TeacherActive is partnering with a high-performing Grammar School in Tonbridge to appoint a Science Teacher for a full-time, September start. The successful candidate will teach Science across KS3 and KS4, delivering engaging lessons, maintaining high expectations, and supporting students to achieve excellent outcomes in an inclusive environment.

QTS with a Science specialism and experience teaching up to KS4 are required, along with excellent classroom management and strong subject knowledge.

The school is looking to appoint a dedicated Science Teacher on a full-time basis from September. The successful Science Teacher will teach Science across KS3 and KS4, delivering engaging lessons, maintaining high expectations, and supporting students to achieve excellent outcomes in a fully inclusive environment.

The successful Science Teacher will have:

• QTS with a Science specialism
• Experience teaching Science up to KS4
• Excellent classroom management skills
• Strong subject knowledge across the Science curriculum
• The ability to motivate and inspire young people
• A positive and proactive approach to teaching and learning
