Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality, engaging Science lessons that inspire curiosity and promote strong academic progress.
- Contribute to the development of an innovative and inclusive curriculum across the Science department.
- Create a positive and purposeful learning environment that supports the diverse needs of all learners.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues across the Trust to share best practice and raise standards.
- Contribute to wider school life, including enrichment activities, clubs, or events that promote a love of science.
Qualifications / Essential Requirements
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
- Strong subject knowledge in science and a commitment to outstanding teaching
- Passion for education and belief in the potential of every student
- Collaborative, reflective, and adaptable professional approach
- Commitment to safeguarding and the welfare of young people
- Experience teaching across Key Stages 3-5
