Job summary

A public sector organization in Scotland is looking for a dedicated Teacher of Religious Education to facilitate and support religious education. The ideal candidate must hold a Catholic Teaching Certificate (CTC) and be willing to join the Protecting Vulnerable Groups (PVG) Scheme prior to starting. The role includes ensuring compliance with educational requirements and maintaining connections with the Roman Catholic Church for candidate approval. Applicants are required to have the Catholic Teaching Certificate (CTC) in Religious Education to support and deliver religious education.

You will be required to become a Protecting Vulnerable Groups (PVG) Scheme member prior to commencing in this role.

Salaries will be in accordance with the Scottish Negotiating Committee for Teacher (SNCT).
