What skills and experience we're looking for

We are seeking an inspirational classroom practitioner with strong subject knowledge to join our very successful Modern Foreign Languages Faculty. The school offers Spanish, French and German to GCSE and A Level. The ability to teach Spanish language to A level is preferred but this can also be offered as a future development opportunity. It is desirable that the successful candidate can teach a second language.

We warmly welcome applications from ECTs looking for their first appointment as well as more experienced practitioners. As the lead school for the Möbius Maths Hub and regional centre for Teaching School Hub Berkshire, Willink can offer the successful candidate unrivalled professional development and subject leadership opportunities.

As the preferred state school in our area, we attract learners beyond our catchment, including Hampshire, Reading and Wokingham. The school has over 1200 students on roll including 200 in the Sixth Form, and is situated in a pleasant semi-rural setting south west of Reading.
