A leading training and consultancy firm in the UK is seeking an educator to deliver Mathematics and potentially Physics training to Royal Navy personnel. The ideal candidate will have a strong Maths Degree and will support improvements in training quality and service delivery. What you’ll be doing

• Delivering advanced Mathematics (Levels 3–5) to Royal Navy personnel at HMS Collingwood and periodically (every 2 years for 3 weeks) at HMS Drake (Hydrography Department).
• If qualified, Deliver Physics (Level 3, 4 & 5)
• Supporting continuous improvement in training quality, performance, and teaching practices, including the integration of learning technologies.
• Contributing to transformation initiatives, particularly within learning service delivery, aligning with broader programme objectives.
• Leveraging experience in defence training environments, ideally within the Royal Navy, to enhance instructional effectiveness.
• Building strong customer relationships and collaborating across functional teams to support service delivery and performance improvements.

About Selborne

Selborne is a wide scale, 12 year transformation of Royal Navy Training. The contract worth GBP 1 billion was awarded in December 2020 to a consortium led by Capita to deliver and modernise training for the RN.
