A prestigious school in Guildford is seeking a passionate Teacher of Mathematics to teach high achieving students at GCSE and A-level. This role welcomes both experienced educators and those new to teaching and offers flexible hours. You will share your enthusiasm for Mathematics with students from Year 7 to Sixth Form, and receive a competitive salary along with private medical benefits and other perks.
Mathematics is an extremely popular subject at the RGS with 80% of those in the Sixth Form taking one or two Mathematics A-levels.
As a Teacher of Mathematics at the RGS, you will be confident teaching our high achieving students at GCSE and A-level. We welcome applications from both experienced teachers and those new to the profession and are happy to consider full time or part time hours.
As well as nurturing enthusiastic students, the RGS is a welcoming and rewarding place to work. The latest ISI inspection report identified two significant strengths within our School; "scholarship" and "mutual respect".
You will have a passion for Mathematics and a desire to share this with pupils from the First Form (Year 7) through to the Sixth Form. We are particularly keen to hear from candidates confident teaching Further Mathematics at both GCSE and A-level.
