A local educational institution in the United Kingdom is seeking a passionate teacher of English to provide high-quality education and support diverse student needs. This role is part-time (0.8 FTE) and starts in April, covering maternity leave until August 2026. The ideal candidate will hold Qualified Teacher Status and be committed to fostering a positive impact on young people's lives while working within a supportive educational environment.

Are you passionate about Teaching and Learning and dedicated to making a positive impact on young people’s lives? The team at The Snaith School are looking to appoint a teacher of English who will play a pivotal role in providing a high standard of teaching and learning to support students of all backgrounds and abilities.
Starting in April, the role is 4 days per week, 0.8 FTE, and will be paid on TEAL’s qualified teachers pay scale (points 1 to 9). The role is to cover maternity leave until 31 August 2026, with the possibility of an extension until the October half‑term.
The Snaith School has 840 pupils rooted in the local community of Snaith and the surrounding villages. You must hold Qualified Teacher Status and have knowledge and understanding of the principles and practices of effective teaching and learning, monitoring, assessment and evaluation.
